Island Views Villa
The Villa sits directly on the water while offering a 270 degree view of the Caribbean Sea sitting on tranquil Chenay Bay. At night you overlook the lights of the island as well as the lights of St Thomas, St John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke. Directly in front of the Villa is Green Cay Island and just around the point is Buck Island. The water in front of the Villa offers a host of sea life with some fabulous snorkeling. A small hotel and restaurant are in the bay down from Island Views.
The architecture of Island Views is as fabulous as the location. The house is finished in Andiroba and Sapele Mahogany as its doors, windows and ceilings. The staircase is solid concrete and stone. Entire walls fold back so that being inside or outside feel the same. The Villa offers a pool right outside the great room and dining room, an exercise room to keep yourself fit with all the great island foods you will enjoy, HD Television and a stereo system that will give you the feel of being in a concert hall. No expense has been spared in providing what we believe will be your finest opportunity to relax.
